TCI Committee met on July 10th and reviewed and celebrated the recent Mission Trip and all God accomplished through the TCI team. Each team member shared stories of their experiences and highlights through the week. As we evaluated planning towards 2013 we decided because of the intense heat this past trip to move the 2013 trip back to Feb or April. With the latter the preference at this point.
New TCI elder representative Buck Coe was welcomed as was Chris Kiley the new TCI director. Ed Metcalf outgoing director was thanked for his service for the past two years. The October fundraiser was canceled and we are looking at dates in the first few months of 2013 to properly plan. The August TCI meeting was canceled and we will resume our next regular meeting the second tuesday of September.
Trinity Cares International is a partnership mission with Mount Zion Church in Consuelo, Dominican Republic. The partnership exist to further our relationship with God, with each other, while building sustainability projects in the local community of Consuelo. TCI is a mission and ministry of Trinity Church in Woodbridge, CT
